The Jack Thomas House
The first brick house in both Leitchfield & Grayson County, the house is named for it’s original owner, Jack Thomas. Mr. Thomas was the county’s first circuit court clerk. The house is available for tours and is also home of the local Historical Society.
The Green Mansion
Willis Green, an advisor for Henry Clay’s presidential campaign, built the mansion that would later be expanded on by his children. The Green Farm was a hub of activity in the 1800’s and early 1900’s. A mill, church, and general store are just a few of the buildings still standing from that era.
Grayson Springs Resort
During the 1800’s and early 1900’s, people flocked from miles around to enjoy the famous, and medicinal, hot springs of Grayson County. The resort is no longer open to the public. Learn More
